Created during the pandemic in Toronto out of a desire to bring into existence a Canadian Alcohol brand with a strong grassroot community involvement. Our emphasis is on locally grown and sourced products. We are committed to a sustainable, socially responsible growth.
With 20 years industry knowledge and experience, the creator of True Theory was also affected by the pandemic that ravaged both the globe and the hospitality and service industries.

Unlikely as it was, with the pandemic came the opportunity to pivot and start something with true passion; An idea to create a product and a company that focused on culture, community and well…… a True Theory and perspective on life. As all things in life the elements that you put into it reflect the outcome and that at its core is the foundation of True Theory. With all our products, attention is placed into every detail throughout production from the farmers to the final cork on the bottles, from the people to our partners we hope to build a community where we do our part to make life a little more fun and True.
