1. The Classic Canvas G&T

  • 2 oz Canvas Gin

  • Fresh lime wedge
  • Juniper berries or rosemary sprig for garnish

Build over ice in a balloon glass. Garnish with juniper or rosemary to amplify the botanicals.

2. French 75

  • 1½ oz Canvas Gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Sparkling wine to top

Shake gin, lemon, and syrup with ice, strain into a flute, and top with sparkling wine. Elegant and effervescent.

3. Canvas Gimlet

  • 2 oz Canvas Gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Lime wheel garnish

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Clean, citrus-forward, and endlessly refreshing.

4. Tom Collins

  • 2 oz Canvas Gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

5. Bee's Knees
